‘TGIF!’ One of the most commonly used phrases I see plastered on all social media platforms when the ‘weekend’ comes around. What follows next? An influx of Snapchats of people partying, drinking, relaxing or holidaying. These are coming from the same people who are trying to tell me they’re starting a new business or saving towards buying a house. So how serious are they?  NOT ONE BIT! If you’re working for the weekend then you need to change your job. You should never feel a sense of relief once Friday comes around. I don’t look forward to any specific weekday….

I’ve been really getting into a social media platform called Medium. A quick description is that it’s a blogging platform but has a social aspect too. Meaning you can find other people and articles based off your interests. You can also comment, like, etc like a normal blog but I like the fact that all articles can be easily found. Nothing easy is worth doing and nothing worth doing is easy. At 24 years of age, I’ve failed so many times in my life I’ve lost count. It doesn’t matter how many times you fail or how hard you fail. What does matter is how many times you get back up.
