I’m interested to find out how people are planning out their goals and to what extent they break them down too. When planning a goal I think it’s critical that you have one main goal. This goal is the one thing you want to achieve. Then you break it down into baby steps that are more manageable. If you say you’re going to do something, do it! In 2016, I wanted to give up drinking and focus on working towards my goals. The weekend would come around and I would tell all my friends that I wasn’t going to drink but sure enough, I did anyway.
